That said, we want to take a moment to spotlight our wonderful Client Services Team. The CS team is composed of Client Services Executive, Jen Estes and two Customer Care Managers, James Manus and Mikeila Eastabrooks. With a combined 12 years of VeriFacts experience, this trio is highly dedicated, knowledgeable, and collaborative. They specialize in personalizing service, anticipating needs, and understanding internal and client processes.

Jen Estes, Client Services Executive

Jen Estes joined us in 2017 after nearly ten years with a regional supermarket where she grew her career after graduating from Sauk Valley Community College. At the supermarket, Jen proved herself a talented leader and administrator, growing in management roles including Customer Service Manager and ultimately Store Director. Upon joining our team, it was clear that her skillset and personality made her a perfect fit for helpling to serve and manage our clients’ needs and lead our team. Jen embraces fun and shenanigans while building strong internal relationships as well as genuine, personal client relationships. She possesses a heart of service and finds fulfillment in helping others. It’s common to find Jen and the team making jokes and taking time to “celebrate the wins.” When asked what motivates her at work, Jen shared:

We have fun working together and it shows in our day-to-day. Most importantly though, our team truly believes in the product, the leadership of our company, and our position in the industry. This makes all the difference. We are empowered to do right by our clients and facilitate the decision-making process for everyone’s benefit. It’s a win-win.”

James Manus, Customer Service Manager

James Manus brings a unique background and a spark of energy to the team. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration & Spanish, he spent time working for the YMCA and then for a nearby county as a Deputy Sheriff. James joined VeriFacts in 2016 as a Research Specialist, showed his strength in training and research as a Training Coordinator, and was promoted to Customer Care Manager in July 2021. James also happens to be a licensed Illinois Class A Private Detective. When asked what makes VeriFacts special, James shared:

“We truly care about the success of VeriFacts and every client. No matter how busy I may be behind closed doors, I always make it a priority to treat each client interaction as if it’s the only thing I have scheduled for that day. Oh, and I like to send lots and lots of goodies; no gift is too small to show our clients how much we appreciate their relationships! As far as our internal team, the culture at VeriFacts simply transcends any traditional 9-5. They’ve invested more into my wellbeing, my career, and my overall future than I ever would have thought possible.”

Mikeila Eastabrooks, Customer Service Manager

Mikeila Eastabrooks joined the VeriFacts team in 2019. After graduating from Black Hawk College with an Associate’s degree in Animal Sciences, she took a wrong turn while distracted by cows and wound up falling in love with the puppies at VeriFacts (Ok, that might be slightly lacking in accuracy). Mikeila has 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper and a year of experience as an Office Manager. She started on our team as a Research Specialist and grew after only one year to become Team Coach. Mikeila was promoted to Customer Care Manager in July 2021. 

I feel very proud to be a part of the VeriFacts family! VF puts its employees and clients first,  providing the tools needed for growth and goal achievement. While we stick to our small-town roots, we continuously make huge impacts throughout the industry,” shared Mikeila.
